62 patients
Results. Fifty-three people completed the treatment protocol. Participants on active treatment showed significantly greater improvements in tender point count and tender point pain, quality of life, global health and a trend toward less depression compared with those on placebo.

internet : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8165068/
81 patients
RESULTS: The treatment group had a statistically significant (P < .05) decrease in duration of diarrhea, defined as the number of days until there were less than three unformed stools daily for 2 consecutive days. There was also a significant difference (P < .05) in the number of stools per day between the two groups after 72 hours of treatment.

75 patient
RESULTS: There were fewer treatment failures in the group receiving homeopathy after 5 days, 2 weeks and 6 weeks, with differences of 11.4, 18.4 and 19.9%, respectively, but these differences were not statistically significant. Diary scores showed a significant decrease in symptoms at 24 and 64 h after treatment in favor of homeopathy (P < 0.05). Sample size calculations indicate that 243 children in each of 2 groups would be needed for significant results, based on 5-day failure rates

70 patients
RESULTS: Three patients (2 homeopathy, 1 placebo) were excluded from the analyses because of incomplete data. All these patients survived. Baseline characteristics including age, sex, BMI, prior conditions, APACHE II score, signs of sepsis, number of organ failures, need for mechanical ventilation, need for vasopressors or veno-venous hemofiltration, and laboratory parameters were not significantly different between groups. On day 30, there was non-statistically significantly trend of survival in favour of homeopathy (verum 81.8%, placebo 67.7%, P= 0.19). On day 180, survival was statistically significantly higher with verum homeopathy (75.8% vs 50.0%, P = 0.043). No adverse effects were observed.

Results: Analysis of covariance demonstrated that the homeopathic treatment was the only significant or near-significant predictor of improvement on DSS subtests (P = .009; 95% CI − .895 to − .15), SRS (P = .058; 95% CI − .548 to .01) and the Ten Most Common Symptoms of MTBI (P = .027; 95% CI −.766 to −.048). These results indicate a significant improvement from the homeopathic treatment versus the control and translate into clinically significant outcomes.

57 patients
RESULTS: Eighty-five percent (85%) (45/53) of women completed the study. There was no evidence of a difference seen between groups for either activity (adjusted difference =-0.4, 95% confidence interval CI -1.0 to 0.2, p = 0.17) or profile scores (adjusted difference = -0.4, 95% CI -0.9 to 0.1, p = 0.13) using this trial design, although post hoc power calculations suggests that 65-175 would be needed per group to detect differences of this magnitude with sufficient precision. Clinically relevant improvements in symptoms and mood disturbance were seen for both groups over the study period.

resultats : improvement >30% was observed in 90% of patients receiving active treatment and 37.5% receiving placebo (P=0.048). Homeopathic treatment was found to be effective in alleviating the symptoms of PMS in comparison to placebo

230 patients
Results : Pain control was achieved in 39% of the patients after 6 h, another 33% after 12 h. This resolution rate is 2.4 times faster than in placebo controls. There were no complications observed in the study group, and compared to conventional treatment the approach was 14% cheaper.
9) Homeopathic arnica therapy in patients receiving knee surgery: results of three randomised double-blind trials.
Complement Ther Med. 2006 Dec;14(4):237-46. Epub 2006 Oct 13.
319 patients
resultats : A total of 227 patients were enrolled in the ART (33% female, mean age 43.2 years;), 35 in the AKJ (71% female, 67.0 years), and 57 in the CLR trial (26% female; 33.4 years). The percentage of change in knee circumference was similar between the treatment groups for ART (group difference Delta=-0.25%, 95% CI: -0.85 to 0.41, p=0.204) and AKJ (Delta=-1.68%, -4.24 to 0.77, p=0.184) and showed homeopathic arnica to have a beneficial effect compared to placebo in CLR (Delta=-1.80%, -3.30 to -0.30, p=0.019).
10) Homeopathy for postoperative ileus? A meta-analysis.
J Clin Gastroenterol. 1997 Dec;25(4):628-33.
resultats : Meta-analyses indicated a statistically significant (p < 0.05) weighted mean difference (WMD) in favor of homeopathy (compared with placebo) on the time to first flatus.

abstract : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29558779
resultats :One hundred and ten patients were recruited and 87 (79.1%) with ADD (HADS ≥ 9) at the 72-hour interview were evaluated (age range: 65-93 years, 82.8% female). Patients who consulted a GP-Ho (médecin généraliste homeopathe) were more likely (odds ratio [OR] = 10.38, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.33-81.07) to have clinical improvement (HADS < 9) after 12 months than those in the GP-CM (médecin généraliste conventionnel) group. Patients who consulted a GP-Ho reported less psychotropic drug use (OR = 22.31 [95% CI: 2.20-226.31]) and benzodiazepine use (OR = 60.63 [95% CI: 5.75-639.5]) than GP-CM patients.
12) Homeopathic and conventional treatment for acute respiratory and ear complaints: a comparative study on outcome in the primary care setting.
BMC Complement Altern Med. 2007 Mar 2;7:7.
1577 patients
resultats : - The majority of patients in both groups reported their outcome after 14 days of treatment as complete recovery or major improvement (H: 86.9%; C: 86.0%; p = 0.0003 for non-inferiority testing)
- within the first 7 days after treatment was significantly faster upon homeopathic treatment both in children (p = 0.0488) and adults (p = 0.0001).
- Adverse drug reactions occurred more frequently in adults of the conventional group than in the homeopathic group (C: 7.6%; H: 3.1%, p = 0.0032), whereas in children the occurrence of adverse drug reactions was not significantly different (H: 2.0%; C: 2.4%, p = 0.7838).

resultats : - The effectiveness (assessed as complications/patient, total number of adverse events, and quality of life) [mean overall Parents of children with Ear, Nose, and Throat infections Quality of Life questionnaire© scale score] was better in the homeopathic GP group than in the non-homeopathic GP group
-Homeopathic GPs initiated preventive treatment in 82.2% of their patients and used antibacterials in 20.9% of their patients, while non-homeopathic GPs initiated preventive treatment in 43.3% of patients and prescribed antibacterials for 89.6% of patients.
